The property at ptp nagar. there is a total of 36 flats in 72 cents of land area. flat area is around 800 sq.Ft.  ours is at the ground floor, there is only 4 flats in the ground floor, there is an additional entrance from the parking area only for these 4 flats, so we feel like a home, our car parking is just opposite to our door, it’s a covered parking. the original flooring of the building was in mosaics, i had changed it to tiles. first we entering in to the dining cum drawing room. there are 2 bedrooms with sufficient space. there are 2 toilets and bathrooms, not attached but just opposite to the bed rooms. there is an additional room with 100 sq.Ft. space, is attached with on bedroom, it can be used as a study room or pooja room or servants room (option to make entrance from kitchen) or  it can be changed as an attached bathroom. the  kitchen furnished with cupboards. ptp nagar is very high security area, is one of the top residential area in trivandrum, just 2.5 km away from sastamangalam, 7 km away from statue, railwaystation. there is a school, post office, 2 banks, atm center at ptp nagar itself. the famous saraswathy vidyalayam is just 1 km away from our flat. all school bus college bus and buses from technopark companies are touching ptp nagar area.
