The apartment is of 3 storied building, our apartment is on 3rd floor, nice view in a very calm area, the apartment is in an area of 1080sqft with 2 bhk. the only negative point is that, there is no lift in this apartment, other than this, good construction(5yrs old building), in a prime location. we were getting rs.8000/- pm as rent and there is not maintainance fee for the same. if the buyer is planning for an investment, its the right time. because the seaport airport road is going to enlarge to fourway road, then the smart city is going to come in a very short time, the metro rail is going to extend to kakkanad in its second stage. so its the right time to take a decision and in future, surely u ll get a good price for the resale. the location : opp. road to cepz, just 500 mtrs from seaport airport road, and its near to the new dlf project.
